Artwork/Logo
Career Dressing & Hip Pocket Alphington accepts artwork/logos from customers on the understanding that the customer has permission for reproduction.
Career Dressing & Hip Pocket Alphington will not be held responsible for any copyright infringements whilst the customer solicits this permission as being valid.
Artwork Fees & Conditions
- Set up fees - A once only fee is normally charged to convert your image into an embroidery file or screen. This may be waivered depending on the size of order.
- Logos required in different sizes and colours may be treated as additional logos.
- Embroidery and Screen Print samples may be supplied for proofing. Charges apply.
- Once items are sent to production and artwork is applied, orders are not able to be cancelled as these are branded and the responsibility of the customer.
Garment Sample Policy
- Samples can be delivered across Australia.
- Non account customers will pay for garments and freight in advance. A credit for garments only, will be issued upon satisfactory return within 10 days unless otherwise agreed.
- Return of samples and subsequent freight charges is the customer’s responsibility.
- Sample returns must be in original condition complete with bags and tags. Fees will otherwise apply.
Payment Terms
- All transactions are processed in $AUD.
- All prices quoted are including GST.
- Cash customer’s payments are via our ANZ secure bank payment gateway.
- Payment can be made securely online or via telephone by credit card. We accept Master Card or Visa Card.
- Orders not paid for will not be processed or dispatched.
- Payment terms of 30 days will otherwise apply for account customers.
- All over due accounts are subject to monthly account keeping fees plus interest.
Ownership
Ownership title of goods remains with us until payment has been made in full.
Return of Goods
- All returns and exchanges must occur within 10 days of invoice and be pre authorised by Career Dressing & Hip Pocket Alphington. Garments must be in original condition with packaging and tags intact. Re-stocking and freight fees may be charged depending on reason for return.
- Please choose carefully when ordering your Clothing or Products online, as return and exchange fees may apply.
- Career Dressing & Hip Pocket Alphington may replace or refund goods that have manufacturers’ faults, or the goods are significantly different as shown or described, and as required by law.
- Faulty goods must be returned within 10 days of invoice. We may need to have the item assessed by the manufacturer to determine whether or not you are entitled to an exchange, or refund.
- Decorated goods (goods that have been embroidered or screen printed with your Logo or Artwork) cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty and/or required by law.
- When placing an order it is accepted that the customer has checked or has been fitted for the correct size. Different brands may vary in fit. Australian standards have a tolerance which is acceptable.
- All returns and exchanges must be accompanied with proof of purchase.
Colours
- Colours of goods displayed may vary to images shown.
- Garment colours between various manufacturing batches may also differ slightly. Australian standards have a tolerance which is acceptable.
Delivery & Shipping Policy
- Career Dressing & Hip Pocket Alphington make all efforts to ship your products to your desired destination across Australia generally within 1 to 2 weeks dependent upon whether garment decoration is required.
- Career Dressing & Hip Pocket Alphington cannot be held responsible for delays in providing orders due to supplier’s stock availability. You will be notified in this instance.
- Career Dressing & Hip Pocket Alphington uses Toll Freight couriers where possible. A signature is generally required upon delivery. If a customer authorises delivery without a signature then responsibility for missing, damaged or delayed delivery rests with the customer.
Shipping Costs
- Existing client’s freight charges will be set at check out.
- Freight charges will be quoted and notified prior to order placement.
Modifying Orders
- Once your initial order is confirmed, it is possible to modify orders however fees may be incurred dependent upon what stage the order has been processed with suppliers.
Cancellation of Order
- Cancellation fees may apply dependent on order process stage. Any art work, garment return fees, freight or other costs incurred to Career Dressing & Hip Pocket Alphington must be compensated.
- If an order has been processed for decoration and or dispatched, the order is not able to be cancelled.
Security Policy
- Career Dressing & Hip Pocket Alphington endeavours to maintain a secure website utilising the ANZ secure bank payment gateway. Any customer concerns should be addressed prior to payment being made. Please contact us in advance of order placement.
